David has been an ARB-qualified architect for over 20 years. He studied at Leeds, Rome and Westminster, and has worked on projects in the UK, Ireland and Spain, including for Niall McLaughlin Architects and Neil Choudhury Architects prior to establishing mountain in 2014..

His experience is broad: from one-off private houses to mixed-use college and faculty buildings, with particular depth in high-end residential and listed buildings across London.

Award winning projects include the Stirling-shortlisted Ripon Chapel and RIBA European winner House at Goleen for Niall McLaughlin Architects.

He has been Unit lead at University of Greenwich for Masters for over 10 years and a guest critic and tutor at the Welsh School of Architecture.
